Account Manager DACH - Alpega TMS - SaaS
Alpega Group is seeking an Account Manager for the DACH region to oversee a portfolio of regional customers across one or more European markets. This role involves developing a solid understanding of each customer's business, logistics setup, and growth objectives. The Account Manager will drive account growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and follow-up.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary trusted advisor for senior and C-level stakeholders within each account, leading the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to value articulation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals. The Account Manager will conduct ROI and value discussions to demonstrate the value of Alpega’s SaaS solutions and collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and solution positioning. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management for the account portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess local language skills relevant to the assigned region, with English as the internal business language. Additional EU languages are an advantage. A good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is essential, along with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or account management. The candidate should have a proven ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships, be confident operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments, and exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset that is self-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving impactful results.
