Lucanet Group is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on cross-selling our innovative financial solutions within the DACH region. As part of our dedicated sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and contributing to the company's growth. Lucanet is a leading provider of CFO solutions, offering a comprehensive platform that automates financial consolidation, planning, and reporting for over 5,500 companies worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts. Your day-to-day activities will include proactively generating pipelines through outbound outreach, engaging new stakeholders to position Lucanet's broader platform value, and managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify whitespace opportunities and introduce new solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or financial software space. A strong understanding of cross-selling techniques and experience in expanding client portfolios are essential. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for closing deals. Fluency in German and very good English skills are required, along with excellent rhetorical communication and presentation abilities. An interest in finance and technology is highly desirable.
