Account Executive, Enterprise
The Account Executive, Enterprise at OneTrust is responsible for acquiring new clients and fostering relationships to drive revenue growth within a designated geographic territory. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that help organizations use data and AI responsibly. OneTrust is a leader in trust intelligence, serving over 14,000 customers globally with a platform that simplifies data collection, automates governance, and enforces data policies.
Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to build a consistent pipeline, and working closely with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams to land and expand key accounts. The Account Executive will utilize two-sided discovery to understand customer needs, articulate valuable solutions, and position OneTrust as a trusted advisor. Additionally, the role requires understanding key competitors to clearly differentiate OneTrust’s offerings in the marketplace.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience selling B2B enterprise-level software or related technologies, with a strong track record of landing new clients and growing existing accounts. Experience in value-based selling, conducting sales presentations and demos, and familiarity with CRM solutions like are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a hunting mentality, consultative approach, and effective communication skills with C-level executives.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses, equity, and commissions.
