Axiom is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Axiom is a leading global marketplace for on-demand corporate legal talent, connecting companies with experienced, specialized legal professionals to meet their diverse needs.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include originating new business opportunities and closing deals, focusing on both new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts. You will define the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions to their legal challenges. Additionally, you will consult with C-level executives, collaborating with them to plan for their future legal needs. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities. You will also offer thought leadership to clients and internally mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B client service with extensive experience in a consultative sales role, consistently exceeding business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. A proven track record in business development initiatives and generating new client logos is essential. You should be comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor, managing multiple complex deals across various clients and stages. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expert judgment are crucial. High-impact communication skills, particularly in presenting to executive-level stakeholders, are required. Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is necessary, along with a relentless service orientation and the ability to operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment. Legal eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.

Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $90,000 to $135,000, depending on experience. Employees are also eligible to participate in a Quarterly Bonus Plan, with a target of 65% of the base salary for a Manager or Senior Manager level role in the Commercial business unit. Additional benefits include healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid sick and personal time off, and paid parental leave. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including experience, expertise, immediate contribution potential, and market location.
