Account Executive - Dutch speaker (Independent Hotels)
Lighthouse is seeking an Account Executive to spearhead sales efforts for independent hotels in the Bruges, Belgium area. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
In this position, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategic territory plan to generate a new pipeline, maintaining a 3x pipeline coverage, and forecasting accurately. You will source a significant portion of your pipeline through outbound sequences, targeted outreach, and industry events. Utilizing the MEDDPICC framework, you will qualify and advance opportunities, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and focus on relationship-building and deal-closing.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably within the SaaS or hospitality sectors. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential. Exceptional command of both Dutch and English is required, along with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. Experience with qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC is advantageous.
