Account Executive DACH - Independent Hotels
As an Account Executive for the DACH region at Lighthouse, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence among independent hotels. Lighthouse is a leading AI-driven platform revolutionizing commercial strategies in the hospitality industry. With a robust team of over 850 professionals across 35 countries, we empower hoteliers to make data-driven decisions that enhance revenue performance.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on independent hotels within the DACH region. Your responsibilities include building and executing strategic territory plans, generating new business pipelines, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. Utilizing AI tools, you will streamline sales processes, conduct insightful discovery sessions, and effectively position Lighthouse's integrated platform to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate possesses 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry. A self-directed and coachable mindset is essential, along with a strong command of both English and German. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is advantageous, as is the ability to sell on value and engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from General Managers to C-suite executives.
