Account Director - Marketing Services
Experian is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Marketing Services team within the Go-To-Market (GTM) division. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of our marketing solutions. As a global data and technology company, Experian empowers businesses and consumers by providing innovative solutions across various sectors.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and achieve revenue targets. You will be expected to achieve business objectives by maximizing revenue growth and identifying future opportunities. Maintaining strong client relationships is essential; you will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, conducting regular meetings to review performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling marketing solutions, with a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of their business and operational challenges. Strong strategic planning skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and experience using recognized sales methodologies such as Miller-Heiman or SPIN are essential. Additionally, experience managing virtual teams to deliver and achieve targets is required.
