The role emphasizes proactive communication and responsiveness to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidates should possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and proficiency in engaging with customers across multiple channels are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce is advantageous. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
