The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM field, and have a minimum of two years' experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying, with agency experience being advantageous. A proven track record in managing successful paid search and social campaigns is essential, along with exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. A creative, solutions-oriented mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a meticulous, organized approach to work are also required.
