Workplace Coordinator
The Workplace Coordinator at LendingTree plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our Charlotte offices. This position demands a high level of customer service and professionalism to support our growing business effectively. The role is entirely in-office, requiring presence from Monday to Friday, with shifts that may start as early as 7:00 am and conclude by 6:00 pm.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and stocking Social Centers with necessary supplies, organizing and resetting meeting spaces, and managing office inventory such as kitchen supplies and office products. The coordinator will also handle reception duties as needed, place work orders for building maintenance, assist in space management to ensure accurate seating plans, and oversee the check-in process for guests and visitors. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with vendors for services and deliveries, processing mail and shipping packages, and supporting special events by setting up and restoring furniture arrangements.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with some college education preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are crucial, as occasional overtime may be required. Physical capabilities include the ability to lift 30-50 lbs., use ladders, and perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and utilizing hand tools. Reliable transportation is necessary due to potential location changes.
