Working Student | Revenue Operations
As a Working Student in Revenue Operations at Lucanet Group, you will be an integral part of our commercial organization, supporting the upsell growth and customer success initiatives. Lucanet is a leading CFO Solution Platform, providing modern finance leaders with tools to automate consolidation, financial planning, and various compliance processes. With a global team of over 850 professionals, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in the financial software industry.
In this role, you will handle incoming upsell requests from existing customers, qualify and process upsell opportunities, and support customers with day-to-day inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to prepare and execute upcoming campaigns and assist with administrative and operational tasks to maintain team efficiency.
The ideal candidate is in the final years of their studies, seeking to kick-start a career in sales, inside sales, or sales development. You should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
