The ideal candidate holds an MBO+ or HBO degree in electrical engineering, installation technology, or industrial automation. Experience as a work preparer, engineer, or supervisor in technical projects within infrastructure, industry, or utility sectors is essential. A solid understanding of electrical systems, installations, and execution methodologies is required, along with knowledge of material selection, assembly principles, and electrical standards. Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and effective communication are vital, as is the ability to collaborate across various disciplines.
