Werkstudent Sales Operations (Hospitals) (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Werkstudent:in (working student) to join our Sales Operations team focused on hospitals at our Berlin office. As part of the Performance Team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing sales and performance processes, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare services through innovative technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards using our CRM tool, Salesforce, to analyze sales performance and inform strategic decisions. You will assist sales teams in effectively utilizing sales tools and processes, provide support for CRM-related inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales department. Additionally, you will develop communication and training materials for internal meetings and produce online tutorials to explain new processes.
The ideal candidate is a full-time student enrolled in a university program, preferably in fields such as Business Administration or related areas, with a strong interest in digitalization and healthcare. You should possess analytical thinking skills, a high affinity for tools, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. A structured, proactive work approach, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level) are essential. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and reporting processes is highly desirable.
