Werkstudent - Product Strategy & Business Analytics (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Werkstudent (working student) to join our Product Strategy & Business Analytics team in Berlin. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the Doctolib Telephone Assistant, from its market launch to continuous development. We bridge innovative product ideas with excellent performance, ensuring seamless integration of product updates, new processes, and sales strategies to transform ideas into sustainable successes for Doctolib and the entire healthcare sector.
As a Werkstudent, your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, by maintaining data integrity and generating reports to support data-driven decision-making. You will coordinate various tasks, monitor deadlines, and assist in structuring workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between technical, sales, and product teams, gathering essential information to ensure smooth collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you should be enrolled full-time in a university program, pursuing studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A structured and reliable approach to work, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong affinity for technology are essential. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and an interest in CRM systems like Salesforce are required. Analytical thinking skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights, along with excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level), are also necessary.
