Werkstudent Customer Success (x/f/m)
The Werkstudent Customer Success (x/f/m) role at Doctolib is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in customer relations within a leading healthcare technology company. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare professionals and their teams, contributing directly to Doctolib’s mission of improving access to healthcare through technology. The position is based in Doctolib’s Berlin office and offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech firm with a significant presence in the European healthcare sector.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with onboarding, handling day-to-day support inquiries, and providing proactive solutions to ensure their satisfaction with Doctolib's products. You will regularly communicate with healthcare professionals, resolve their issues, and update internal systems with client information. Additionally, you may be involved in customer training sessions and help optimize and document internal processes.
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university program and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in German and English. Experience in customer service or support is highly valued, as is a detail-oriented and organized approach to work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment, possess a positive, proactive attitude, and demonstrate a genuine interest in healthcare and digital innovation.
