As a Werkleider Hoogspanning at BESIX Unitec, you will oversee daily operations on high-voltage projects, both indoors and outdoors. You will lead a team of approximately three electrical technicians, ensuring efficient project execution and serving as the primary point of contact for colleagues and clients.

Your responsibilities include preparing and executing work plans, ordering necessary materials and tools, and ensuring all safety protocols and risk analyses are strictly followed. You will also manage project documentation and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness on-site.

The ideal candidate has a technical education or proven experience as a site supervisor, particularly in electricity or high-voltage environments. Proficiency in Dutch is required, with knowledge of French considered a plus. Flexibility regarding work hours and travel, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality are essential. A commitment to safety and the ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members are also crucial.
