WeLab Bank - (Senior) Manager, Growth & Customer
WeLab Bank is seeking a Senior Manager for Growth & Customer to lead initiatives targeting Mainland Chinese Visitors (MCV) in Hong Kong. This role involves driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies tailored to the MCV segment. The position is based in Hong Kong Island, China, and offers a hybrid work environment.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading product vision and execution for the MCV segment, conducting market research to identify opportunities and pain points, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences, developing and implementing targeted go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns, building and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, and using data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting or a related field. Experience in growth hacking, managing business lines, partnerships, or products is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin are required.
