This role is focused on entertainment, content, and title/IP marketing. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote WEBTOON IP, WEBTOON comic creators, and co-marketing initiatives with our publishing and entertainment partners to elevate WEBTOON series and creators.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead title marketing for partnership series (e.g., Disney, Dark Horse, Aethon, IDW, etc.) and creator marketing (i.e., integrated campaigns targeted towards artists and comic creators). You will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate WEBTOON's brand, drive user acquisition, and boost social media engagement. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will manage integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve key business goals. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Partnerships, this high-impact role is a vital part of the Brand & Audience Development team and contributes directly to our marketing flywheel through both B2C and B2B efforts.
