Web Operations Manager
The Web Operations Manager at Monks is responsible for overseeing the company's digital properties to drive new business growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role involves managing website strategy, collaborating with development, marketing, and analytics teams, and establishing content governance by setting best practices and training content contributors.
Key responsibilities include leading the strategic direction of Monks' websites, such as and product sites, ensuring content reflects current messaging and company objectives. The manager will identify and implement new website features, manage A/B testing programs to optimize performance, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves advising the web development team on sprint priorities and managing Jira tickets as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in website and content management. A strong understanding of content management systems like Drupal or WordPress is essential, as well as the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Proven strategic leadership experience, proficiency in prioritizing stakeholder requests, and exceptional collaboration skills are also required.
