Warehouse Technician

Latitude Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will contribute to the efficient management of our warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory control and timely distribution of products. This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment focused on delivering excellence in supply chain management.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately recording inventory data, and organizing stock within the warehouse. You will also be tasked with preparing and packaging orders for shipment, coordinating with shipping carriers, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Additionally, conducting regular inventory audits and assisting in the implementation of process improvements will be integral to your day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
