Warehouse Admin Assistant

The Warehouse Admin Assistant at Eurofins is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of various products, including laboratory equipment, collection kits, office supplies, biological samples, and confidential results. This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and tracking of inventory to support timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency. The position requires frequent communication with internal teams and external partners to confirm shipment status and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include assembling and preparing collection kits for delivery, coordinating the loading and unloading of goods, inspecting incoming shipments against packing lists, and preparing shipping labels and necessary documentation. The assistant also troubleshoots shipping issues, monitors shipment tracking information, maintains organized inventory systems, and adheres to compliance requirements and company policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, or material storage preferred. Proficiency with relevant computer systems and shipping platforms, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate power and hand tools safely are essential. Completion of HIPAA training or the ability to complete training upon hire is also required.

The position offers a compensation range of $15.25 to $16.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
