As the Vice President of Production Operations at Monks, you will serve as the architect of the agency's execution engine, providing strategic vision and operational frameworks to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects at scale while maintaining quality and profitability. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Implementation & Transformation, you will oversee the health, efficiency, and evolution of the delivery ecosystem, ensuring that global resources are optimized and delivery methodologies are future-proofed.

Additionally, you will partner with Finance and business leadership on operational and financial modeling, oversee margin health across the portfolio, design and implement cost-efficient resourcing strategies, and lead change management initiatives as the delivery model evolves.
The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of experience in production, project management, or operations leadership within a global agency or professional services environment, with a proven track record managing high-revenue portfolios exceeding $20 million. You should demonstrate success in architecting global operating models and standards, leading large-scale change management initiatives, and possess strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Technical expertise should include continuous experimentation with new AI tools, fluency in collaborating with creative technologists, and experience embedding AI workflows into operational processes.
