As Vice President of Sales at Interface AI, you will lead the company's growth initiatives by spearheading new business acquisitions, scaling go-to-market strategies, and expanding our presence within our Ideal Customer Profile. This role involves building and leading a high-performing sales organization, shaping the sales playbook, and ensuring strong alignment across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to consistently secure and grow high-value, strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities include owning and leading the entire new revenue function—encompassing pipeline generation, forecasting, execution, and deal velocity. You will design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments, develop frameworks to accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered enterprise products, and create playbooks for territory planning, quota allocation, and channel strategy. Additionally, you will track performance rigorously across the sales funnel to ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth, building teams, and closing high-value, complex deals—preferably in SaaS or fintech environments. Experience with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is advantageous. A proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in FinTech, is essential. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required.

Base compensation is expected to be between $220,000 and $250,000, with additional variable components. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
