We have reached a pivotal point in our partnership journey and are looking for a coach and player to take it to the next level.
🚀 THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to build our partnership engine from scratch. You'll define the strategy, source the deals, close them, and turn partnerships into a real revenue channel. Not logos on a slide. Actual pipeline.
This is a senior IC role today, reporting directly to the CEO. Hit the numbers, build the function, and you build the team.
⚡ WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the strategy. Figure out who we should partner with and why. Agencies, platforms, accounting firms, service providers, strategic allies.
- Source, pitch, close. End to end. You're in the room negotiating commercial terms, not handing off to legal.
- Design the models. Referral, rev share, co-sell, embedded distribution. Whatever drives real revenue.
- Build the engine. Onboarding, enablement, tracking. New partners live and producing in weeks, not quarters.
- Run cross-functional. Pull Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops together so partnerships actually work in practice.
- Own the number. Pipeline, revenue, ROI. You own what partnerships deliver to the business.
- Be the face. Partner meetings, events, strategic conversations. You represent Thera.
