As the Vice President of Account Management at Flex, you will lead the post-sales revenue engine, focusing on driving expansion revenue, retention, and long-term partner value across our most strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the Revenue Leader, you will oversee the Account Management organization, ensuring our partners realize increasing value through product adoption, portfolio expansion, and deeper integrations.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive account management and expansion strategies, owning post-sales revenue outcomes such as customer retention and upsells, and building trusted, executive-level relationships with key partners. Additionally, you will implement scalable account management processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive partner experiences, and lead a high-performing Account Management organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, Business Development, or related roles, with at least 7 years in senior leadership positions. A proven track record in driving expansion revenue and long-term partner growth within FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or B2B2C environments is essential. Strong operational discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and scale high-performing teams are also critical.

The compensation for this role includes an On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $290,000 to $360,000, commensurate with experience and internal benchmarks. This is a commission-earning position.
