Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at Mindbody, you will be an integral part of the marketing visual design team, responsible for creating compelling and high-quality creative assets that support sales and marketing objectives. In this role, you will design on-brand marketing materials across various campaigns and channels, including presentations, web content, emails, advertisements, and videos. Collaborating closely with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders, you will bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Your responsibilities will also include creating and editing video content with a focus on clarity, quality, and brand consistency, as well as applying brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual system.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in marketing, advertising, or product design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design work, including video and motion examples. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma is essential, along with a strong understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and motion design. The ability to produce consistent, on-brand work across various formats and channels, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with creative and cross-functional partners is crucial.
