5. Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
6. Contract Administration: Review and reconcile terms of old contracts against new ones, ensuring 100% accuracy in the contract details. Be prepared to call parties involved to ensure timely and accurate completion of the contracts.
7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements for team members.
