VIP Team Leader

The company is seeking a VIP Team Leader to manage and guide a team of VIP Account Managers, ensuring efficient daily operations and the achievement of team goals.
The VIP Team Leader will oversee the daily activities of the VIP team, developing and implementing strategic plans to foster the professional growth of VIP Managers. Responsibilities include managing team performance, establishing productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, analyzing market trends, and improving existing procedures. Regular reporting on team and market performance, conducting one-on-one meetings, and performance management are also key aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English (additional EU languages are advantageous), and substantial experience in the gambling industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and a deep understanding of VIP Player Management are essential. Strong people management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
