BrainRocket is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented VIP Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes for our VIP programs and services. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our VIP players. BrainRocket is a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, with a presence in multiple countries and a team of over 1,300 professionals.

In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy tailored to VIP programs. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting quality assessments of VIP account manager tasks related to player communication and engagement, and providing regular, coherent reports on your findings. You will also be responsible for creating and executing training and development plans for VIP and Sales teams, collaborating closely with VIP account managers to align QA requirements with business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor VIP player feedback and complaints, proactively addressing any quality-related issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have at least two years of experience in the iGaming industry. A strong background in quality assurance, particularly focusing on VIP programs or customer experiences within iGaming, is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools, with hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A deep knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements related to VIP player experiences is also necessary.
