VIP Quality Assurance Manager - Czech/Slovak Speaking
BrainRocket is seeking a VIP Quality Assurance (QA) Manager fluent in Czech or Slovak to oversee the quality assurance processes for our VIP programs and services. As a global company operating across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors, BrainRocket has established a presence in multiple countries, including Poland, where this role is based. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our VIP players.
In this role, the VIP QA Manager will develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies tailored to VIP services. Responsibilities include conducting daily assessments of VIP account managers' interactions with players, providing regular reports on findings, and creating training and development plans for the VIP and Sales teams. The manager will collaborate closely with account managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement in promotions and rewards. Monitoring VIP player feedback and proactively addressing quality-related issues are also key aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a focus on quality assurance related to VIP programs or customer experiences. A strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are required to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making. Deep knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements related to VIP player experiences is also necessary.
