VIP Account Manager - Norwegian Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking a Norwegian-speaking VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative tech products that set new industry standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for retaining VIP customers and enhancing their lifetime value. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer behavior, maintaining personalized relationships with VIP clients, and addressing their needs effectively. Additionally, you will monitor customer performance to evaluate bonus crediting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The position requires working shifts between 8 am and 2 am, five days a week, including two weekends per month.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Norwegian, with strong communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and previous experience in support or sales roles are essential. Prior experience as a sales agent will be considered an advantage.
