VIP Account Manager - Hungarian Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking a Hungarian-speaking VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining VIP customers and enhancing their lifetime value. Your daily tasks will include analyzing customer behavior, maintaining personalized relationships with VIP clients, monitoring performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting, ensuring product compliance with relevant regulations, and proactively resolving customer issues.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Hungarian, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a proactive approach with attention to detail. Previous experience in support or sales roles is advantageous.
