The primary responsibilities include managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value personal accounts, acting as the main point of contact for these clients. The role involves monitoring account activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, reactivating and retaining inactive accounts, and resolving complex technical issues to ensure a high level of service. Additionally, the manager will create and provide bonuses aligned with reward strategies based on account performance, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with other departments to enhance user experience.
Candidates should have a background in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales. Proficiency in English and Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken, is essential. The role requires the ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns to provide personalized service and strategic bonus incentives. A proactive mindset with the capability to source and implement effective solutions for complex client issues is also necessary. Availability to work according to a business shift schedule, including potential evenings and weekends, is required to ensure consistent coverage.
