The VIP Account Manager - Croatian Speaking role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with high-value clients to increase their lifetime value.
In this position, the VIP Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-value personal accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for these clients. Responsibilities include monitoring account activity to identify opportunities and risks, reactivating and retaining inactive accounts, and resolving complex technical issues to ensure exceptional service. The role also involves creating and providing bonuses aligned with reward strategies, ensuring all account activities comply with regulatory standards, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the user experience.
Candidates should have a background in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales. Proficiency in both English and Croatian, both written and spoken, is essential. The role requires the ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns to offer personalized service and strategic bonus incentives. A proactive mindset is crucial for sourcing and implementing effective solutions for complex client issues. Availability to work according to a business shift schedule, including potential evenings and weekends, is also required.
