Doctolib is seeking an Internal Communications and Employer Brand Partner to join our team in Milan, focusing on initiatives across Italy and the Netherlands. This role is integral to our global strategy, emphasizing internal communications, cultural alignment, employee engagement, and employer branding. As part of our mission to enhance healthcare access, we value authentic storytelling that reflects our culture and attracts engaged employees.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful internal communications that align with business priorities and celebrate company milestones. Key tasks include managing monthly newsletters, creating compelling content that showcases our values, overseeing cultural projects from inception to launch, and executing global event strategies locally, such as organizing summer parties and family-oriented events.

The ideal candidate is a native or bilingual Italian speaker with fluency in English, possessing strong project management skills that blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Essential requirements include excellent communication abilities, a passion for impactful words and visuals, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. A background in internal communications, employer branding, or marketing is required. Experience in fast-paced, international environments is advantageous.

This position is offered under the VIE program, available to French citizens or nationals of the European Economic Area aged between 18 and 28. The assignment is set from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with the possibility of renewal. The monthly remuneration is €3,200, subject to adjustments based on regulatory changes and assignment location.
