Vice President, Supply Chain
The Vice President of Supply Chain at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and scalable delivery aligned with company objectives. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations and is based in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing short- and long-term supply chain strategies to drive operational excellence and scalability. The Vice President will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading complex contract negotiations, and establishing demand planning and inventory optimization processes are also essential functions. Additionally, the role involves identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Business Development, Programs, Production, and Quality teams.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with over 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions. A minimum of 10 years in senior-level supply chain leadership roles is required. Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is essential, as well as a strong background in supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and management capabilities, is also necessary.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $240,000 to $290,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
