The Vice President of Quality at Voyager Technologies, Inc. will lead enterprise-wide quality and compliance efforts to ensure consistent, high-quality, and regulatory-compliant product delivery. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations and is based in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, and customer requirements, leading related certification, surveillance, and audit efforts, and overseeing quality across all functions, including receiving, in-process, final inspection, supplier quality, and returns/warranty. The Vice President will serve as the primary interface for customers, regulators, and certification bodies on quality matters, manage Material Review Board (MRB), nonconformance, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes to ensure resolution, traceability, and prevention. Additionally, they will establish and track key quality metrics to drive data-driven improvement across sites and functions, lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction, and report on quality performance and risk, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, with 15+ years of experience in quality management within aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments, and 10+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams. They should have experience leading quality organizations across Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions, strong knowledge of AS9100, FAA, Department of Defense (DoD), and applicable regulatory and quality standards, and an understanding of manufacturing processes, special processes, and supplier quality. Experience implementing and managing QMS in regulated environments, demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives, and proficiency in root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality performance metrics are also required.
