Vice President, Legal Counsel

RCX Sports is seeking a Vice President, Legal Counsel to establish and lead its in-house legal function. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team and cross-functional leaders, overseeing commercial contracting, compliance, youth protection, data privacy, intellectual property, employment law, policy governance, legal training, and legal operations. The position reports initially to the Chief Customer Officer and, in the long term, to the Chief Operating Officer.
