Vehicle Operations Assistant
The Vehicle Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring Lucid vehicles are prepared for customer delivery. This position collaborates closely with the Delivery team to maintain smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include providing a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external. The role involves facilitating vehicle movements, such as dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and loaners, and managing transfers between locations or offsite lots. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for inventory readiness, including washing, staging, charging, and updating vehicle software as required. Other duties encompass assisting in lot management to ensure vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale, coordinating with external carriers during vehicle loading and unloading, conducting inspections, and logging necessary paperwork. The assistant also supports daily operations of the Delivery team as assigned by the Delivery Manager.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have basic automotive knowledge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The role requires the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods, is necessary. A valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year is required. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver's license for a minimum of three years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Compensation for this position ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, depending on location and other factors.
