The Vacation Rental Specialist (Streamline PMS) will serve as the primary contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and managing reservations efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to guest communications, assisting with issues such as lockbox access and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and making outbound calls to incoming guests before arrival. The role also involves managing guest reservations, collaborating with guests to understand their needs, and updating listings in online travel agency (OTA) systems. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with internal teams, including housekeeping and maintenance, to support the efficient operation of vacation rental properties.
Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with previous experience in guest services or reservations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. Attention to detail, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial. Experience with vacation rental platforms like VRBO and Airbnb, as well as proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), particularly Streamline, are highly desirable.
