Trial Specialist

In this capacity, the Trial Specialist is responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks, including preparing witness binders, organizing deposition designations, and managing electronic presentations. They coordinate all trial logistics, such as setting up war rooms, reserving necessary spaces, and ensuring the availability of equipment and supplies. Additionally, the role involves organizing and tracking trial exhibits, documents, and evidence, as well as assisting with jury selection and post-trial procedures.
Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of ten years of experience as a senior-level litigation paralegal, with substantial familiarity in trial support and multiple recent courtroom experiences in a first-chair role. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with equivalent training and experience considered as substitutes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation databases such as Relativity, Case Notebook, and Trial Director is essential. The position also demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation for this position ranges from $119,000 to $156,000 per year, with additional discretionary bonuses.
