Trial Attorney

As a Trial Attorney, you will handle a high volume of litigation cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, representing plaintiffs in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. You will guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits. Additionally, you will attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. You should have the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, possess excellent client service and communication skills, and be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
