Trial Attorney

In this role, the attorney will manage a heavy and complex caseload, handling both pre-litigation and litigation phases, including trial preparation and court appearances. Cases may involve slip and fall incidents, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bites, and other personal injury matters in Los Angeles. The firm emphasizes providing attorneys with frequent trial experience, aiming to double the number of cases tried annually in the coming years.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar. A minimum of five years of personal injury or general liability experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Strong client service and communication skills, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities, are essential.
