Treasury & Trade Operations Manager (Web3) - HK/SZ Onsite

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Web3-native Operations professional to join their team in Hong Kong or Shenzhen. This role focuses on managing digital asset liquidity, navigating decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and ensuring the security and efficiency of crypto-treasury operations within a dynamic financial services environment.

The Treasury & Trade Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing liquidity across decentralized exchanges (DEXs), lending protocols, and centralized exchanges (CEXs). Key duties include executing on-chain transactions, overseeing multi-signature treasury wallets, and monitoring smart contract interactions. Additionally, the role involves implementing risk controls specific to digital assets, such as monitoring protocol slippage, optimizing gas fees, and assessing counterparty risks. The manager will also act as an internal expert on Web3 activities, providing operational feedback on new crypto-product designs.

Candidates should have over three years of professional experience in Web3 environments, such as crypto funds, DAO treasuries, or DeFi protocol operations. Hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity provisioning and non-custodial wallet management is essential. A deep understanding of the DeFi landscape and crypto-specific risk management is required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
