Treasury Manager, Banking & Strategy (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

The Treasury Manager – Banking and Strategy at Agoda leads global banking operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role encompasses bank relationship management, commercial management, banking infrastructure, and treasury strategy. The manager collaborates with the Center of Expertise in Amsterdam to develop regulatory-compliant banking solutions, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and robust controls.

Key responsibilities include overseeing global banking operations, developing regulatory-compliant banking products, and ensuring effective connectivity through partnerships. The role involves driving continuous improvement by identifying gaps, automating processes, and adopting new technologies. Additionally, the manager designs and maintains process and control frameworks to meet SOX and business control requirements, ensuring business resilience and continuity.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree or advanced diploma in Treasury Management or International Finance, with 8–12 years of relevant experience. They should have proven expertise in bank relationship management, commercial management, and service level management. A strong understanding of banking connectivity and technologies, treasury management systems, and high-level payments architecture is essential. Advanced analytical skills, excellent English communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
