Transformation Manager

Key responsibilities include articulating the vision for transformation within the BP function, gathering and interpreting data to support this vision, and managing complex improvement and change management projects. The Transformation Manager is also tasked with defining and deploying new ways of working, encompassing business processes, technology and AI integration, resourcing models, and digital solutions. Effective change management and communication skills are essential to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of these initiatives across the global BP function.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in delivering business transformation projects within a professional services environment, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary, complex, and strategically important projects from inception to realization. A strong background in consulting, strategic thinking, and organizational development is essential. Educational qualifications include a degree or equivalent, and familiarity with AI and other relevant technologies is advantageous.
