Training Manager, Florida

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic team in Florida. In this role, you will oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of onsite training programs tailored for our law enforcement customers. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance user skills, knowledge, and performance by creating engaging and effective training materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training or onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions, preferably within the enterprise software space. Experience working with the public sector, especially law enforcement, is highly desirable. Strong presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. The position is based in Florida and requires 50-75% travel to customer sites throughout the state and nearby regions.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
