Training Manager, Florida
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic team in Florida. This role is pivotal in developing, coordinating, and delivering onsite training programs tailored for our law enforcement clientele. The Training Manager will enhance user skills and performance by creating engaging and effective training materials, ensuring seamless adoption of our AI-enabled platform that transforms disconnected data into actionable intelligence.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of comprehensive training programs, translating complex technical workflows into digestible concepts, and ensuring consistent implementation across all customer sites. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate user adoption and onboarding is also a critical aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in training or onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions, with significant experience in the enterprise software space; startup experience is a plus. Relevant experience working with the public sector, particularly law enforcement, is preferred. Strong presentation, listening, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential. The position is based in Florida and requires comfort with 50-75% travel to customer sites throughout the state and nearby regions.
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, complemented by benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
