Training Manager, Florida
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of onsite training programs for our law enforcement customer base. This role is pivotal in enhancing user skills, knowledge, and performance by creating engaging and effective training materials. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to law enforcement clients, ensuring all workflows are effectively implemented. The Training Manager will translate complex technical workflows into digestible training concepts, facilitate user adoption, and support customer onboarding. Building strong relationships and representing the voice of the customer are essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training or onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions, with significant experience in the enterprise software space; startup experience is a plus. Relevant experience working with the public sector, particularly law enforcement, is preferred. Strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills are required, along with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a diverse audience. The position is based in Florida and requires 50-75% travel to customer sites throughout the state and nearby regions.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
