Training & Education Certification Program Manager

The Training & Education Certification Program Manager at Cato Networks is responsible for leading the design and development of customer-facing certification training courses. This role is integral to building the next generation of the Cato Certification Program for customers, partners, and employees, aligning with the company's mission to converge enterprise networking and security into a centralized, global cloud service.

Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of course developers, collaborating with various stakeholders to define learning objectives, and developing comprehensive learning experiences such as courses, labs, and supporting materials aligned with certification paths. The role also involves delivering beta versions of courses, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, contributing to certification exams, and ensuring alignment between training content and Cato’s product roadmap and messaging.

The ideal candidate should possess over 8 years of experience in networking, security, or cloud technologies, with at least 5 years in technical training, instructional design, or content development. Strong instructional design expertise, proven leadership and people management skills, and the ability to simplify complex networking and security concepts for diverse audiences are essential. Experience in designing hands-on labs, familiarity with modern learning technologies, and relevant industry certifications are also required.
